With a Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and a Master's Degree in Business Administration & Food Technology, she began her career in the public and corporate sectors. As a people's manager, she confidently handled and sphere-headed various Environmental Health, Safety, and Nutrition projects at various IT companies, enhancing healthy lifestyles for individuals, families, and communities.

As a part of a growing household, Namita made a decision to transition from her full-time corporate role to entrepreneurship to better balance her family's needs. She founded an event management company in the Bay Area, dedicated to creating enchanting memories at children's parties and corporate events.

Early in her career, Namita developed a passion for real estate. Over 18 years, she became a successful real estate investor and property manager.
